Our experience of building an ADU with A+ was fantastic from the very first in-house appointment. If you are looking for an all-in-one crew that will take care of plans, designs, permits, and construction, while staying on budget they are for you! When my ADU was finally complete, it felt and looked like it had always been there. Even our neighbors commented on how seamlessly it blended in with the main house, which was what we really wanted.
After reviewing a couple of contractor bids, we chose A+ Construction for their attention to detail, precise quotes, and affordable pricing, and we’re so glad we did. We’ve built this ADU to be our retirement home and we wanted to make sure it was easily accessible and comfortable for us. We’ve been now living in our new home for about 4 months, and we really love it! 10/10 to A+ Construction and their crew!
A+ Construction ADU Builders was a great choice for our backyard project. They handled all of the engineering, permits, change requests, etc., and together we created a beautiful home for our daughter. I would hire them again a hundred times.

At the beginning of 2024 we became the proud owners of an A+ ADU. The process was better than we could have hoped for. Though we had never gone down this road before, A+ Construction made us look like we knew what we were doing. The process was transparent and there were no surprises. A+ team were a dream to work with, they were on time, communicative, and professional. They built our home on time and stayed within budget. Everything from initial design to completion met our expectations. They listened to what we wanted and designed the perfect custom ADU for our elderly parents. We would use A+ again and recommend anyone considering building an ADU to work with them.
When I started looking for someone to build our ADU, it was tough to choose who to hire until I met with Oleg from A+ Construction. He provided me with the most detailed estimate and proposed the best ADU plan for our tiny backyard. The team was skilled and easy-going. The work was excellent, 10 out of 10! After they finished our ADU, my in-laws decided to have them start on a project at their house too.
A+ Construction Pro helped us transform our old garage, which was basically a glorified storage room, into a bright, open home office that fits our needs perfectly. The process was smooth, our PM Serge kept us updated, and the crew was respectful of our property. Now, instead of staring at clutter, we have a beautiful new space.
We’ve always wanted a guest house for family and friends to stay in when they visit, and A+ Construction ADU Builders made it happen. From the first consultation to the final walk-through, the team was easy to work with. What I appreciated most was how flexible they were with our design ideas, we chose one of their ADU models and fully customized it. Now, just 6 months later we have a charming guest house next to our home!

Despite the challenges of our small cramped backyard, A+ managed to build a compact 2-bed ADU that fits perfectly! We are thrilled with the final look. 100% recommend!
I’d been dreaming about adding a tiny home to our property for years, and A+ Construction made it happen. The team designed a practical ADU that also looks great in our backyard. Finally, we decided to turn our old garage into additional living space, and I wish I’d done it sooner! A+ handled everything from designs and plans to permits and construction, and the transformation is incredible. It was just a cluttered storage space, and now we have a functional guest house that our family loves. The whole process was stress-free, the ADU was completed in time for the holidays, and the team was great!

A+ Construction did an amazing job building my ADU. My friends built an addition with A+ and recommended them to me. A+ proposed a pre-approved plan that saved us time during the permitting process and I had my ADU ready in time for our big family event. I now have a functional second home in my backyard that I am going to rent out for extra income.

I contacted A+ Construction after seeing their great reviews online and am now happy to write another 5-star review. For starters, Rod proposed a pre-approved plan from the county, which saved us time and money. When we hit ground, the construction was manageable and not as disruptive as I expected. My wife and I wanted to build a small rental unit to bring in extra income. A+ Construction really delivered on what we needed, creating a perfect tiny home for tennants. It is already bringing in rent, and it looks fantastic. I just wish we’d done it sooner! Thanks A+
