Turning our garage into a guest suite was one of the best decisions we’ve made, and A+ Construction made it happen. The crew was on time every day, and Nikola was fantastic about communicating with us. He was always there when we needed him and answered all of our questions. We love the extra space, and it’s already come in handy for when family comes to visit. Would definitely hire them again!

A+ Construction did an amazing job building my ADU. My friends have built an addition with A+ and were the ones to recommend them and I am glad I went with them too. The project was completed in time for our big family gathering, which was very important to me. I now have a fully functional second home in my backyard. It’s so nice that I am actually tempted to move in there myself and rent out my main house instead. It was a smooth experience from start to finish and I definitely recommend A+!

I have been looking for a contractor to build an ADU on my property for a while. I contacted A+ Construction after seeing their great reviews online and am now happy to write another 5-star review for my own project. The crew was fast, professional, and detail-oriented. Rod helped me pick the right layout. We chose pre-approved plans from the county which saved us some time at the beginning. I am grateful that Rod suggested that. I was worried that the construction itself would be too loud and too messy, but everything ended up being pretty manageable. If you're thinking of building an ADU, these are your guys for sure!

My wife and I wanted to build a small rental unit to bring in some extra income. A+ Construction really delivered on what we needed. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the quality of work is top-notch. The tiny home they built for us is already bringing in rent, and it looks fantastic. We’re very happy with the outcome.
