        Because the USA is a federative country, its states’ laws can vary greatly. ADU building laws are no exception. So, how is this field regulated in Los Angeles County?

        According to the California building code, if your existing house is a multiple-family dwelling, you can have two detached ADUs.         From the beginning of 2020, the state of California introduced new laws regarding the ADU building process.         They did an amazing job on our bathroom! Workers were friendly, clean and on time. They always kept in touch with us regarding anything that came up and even gave us updates on the work. Very responsive to my texts/calls if I had any questions. Will definitely use them again for any of our other remodel projects.
